Troubleshooting

Interference signal appears on the screen when shutting down the

system

• Inrarecasesinterferencemayappearonthescreen.Thismaybecausedby

signal rate of the video card and is considered normal. The image quality can

be improved by adjusting the phase or pixel rate.

The membrane power light is not ON

• PressthePowerOn/Offbuttonondisplaymembranetocheckwhetherthe

monitor is switched on.

• Checkthepowercordisproperlyconnectedtotherackdrawerandpower

outlet.

Screen image is not centered or sized properly

• Pressthe button for ﬁve seconds to automatically adjust the image.

Auto adjust can also be initiated within the geometry section of the OSD

menu.

• AdjusttheH-positionandV-positionsettingsviatheOSDmenu.
